Services may be delivered via online sessions, written feedback, or scheduled communications.

2. Client Responsibilities

By engaging our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and truthful academic information
Attend scheduled sessions promptly
Complete tasks and submit materials on time
Maintain respectful and professional communication

3. Payments and Refunds

Full payment is due upon booking unless otherwise stated.
Refunds are offered for cancellations made with at least 48 hours’ notice.
No refunds for missed or late sessions without prior notice.
Payment processing is handled securely by third-party platforms.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling

Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Last-minute cancellations may result in forfeited fees.
ElevateU reserves the right to cancel or reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate notice.

5. Intellectual Property

Materials provided by ElevateU (guides, notes, feedback) are for personal use only.
Clients may not share, resell, or reproduce proprietary content without written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

ElevateU strives to deliver high-quality guidance, but does not guarantee admission outcomes or academic results.
We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from service use.

7. Privacy

Your personal data is handled securely and ethically in accordance with ourPrivacy Policy. We do not sell or share information without your consent.

8. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of updated Terms.
