Refund Policy

💸 ElevateU Refund Policy

Effective Date: August 2, 2025

At ElevateU, we strive to provide high-quality, personalized academic support. We understand that sometimes plans change, so we've designed a fair refund policy that respects both our clients’ needs and our scheduling commitments.

1. Cancellation by Client

  • Full Refund: Available for cancellations made 48 hours or more before a scheduled session.

  • Partial Refund (50%): For cancellations made 24–48 hours before a session.

  • No Refund: For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or for missed sessions without prior notice.

2. Rescheduling

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice at no extra charge.

  • Last-minute rescheduling requests may incur a fee or be forfeited, depending on availability.

3. Cancellation by ElevateU

  • If we must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive the option of a full refund or rescheduled session at no cost.

4. Package Deals

  • For multi-session packages, unused sessions may be refunded pro-rata, provided cancellation occurs more than 48 hours before the next scheduled session.

5. Refund Requests

To request a refund, email info@elevatingu.net with your session date, reason for cancellation, and preferred resolution.
